hey my names stuie…
i got introduced to this site/ group from my old man Peter Oliver and uncle Adrian Snowden….. Polly an Snowy i balieve..
I rode with a great group for menace”s birthday at heyfield vic and had a ball.. Ive only recently got back into rideing after purchasing a KTM 450 exc 2003. I have had one previouse ride in the snowy mountains on the Tom Grogan track. (I thinnk for those who would like to know it is the highest point u can reach with a 4 wheel drive in australia… Leagely…) Great ride with family and was a great way to start to get used to my new bike aka new toy..
Then the ride with Menace’s group took it to a hole new level.. For one i know all of them knew i had starting troubles dew to 1. battery was f@#Ked so no electric start and 2. hadnt owned a 4 stroke before so didnt really understand the consept of the decompression lever and how it worked propperly. However all the bouys chipped in and were only so happy to help me along when i got stuck. I also developed a lot more confidence and began to like my bike a hole lot more the feeling of heading up a massive hill with absoulute ease with a slight sqeeze of the throttle was awsome. Even on the tighter stuff we found on sunday was wicked just power at every turn straight and no matter how sideways i was just felt more and more comftable as the weekend went on..
A massive thatnks to all involved esppesially Menace. It was awsome to ride with my old man and uncle in the same state as i now live. Also to the rest of the bouys i was able to meet i look forward to rideing with some if not all of u again in the near future.
And to boony cheers bud i know understand how to start my bike. (idiot)
cheers…
stuie
September 9, 2011 at 1:12 am #208435Hey nick off you little shit this site is for old bulls not rednecked young bulls. You were riding well and I thought you had got rid of your luantic riding style from when you were a kid until those Sunday singles. The only reason you got past me was I was riding safely unlike you and your old man. Looking forward to our next ride, you just need to move closer than 1300km away.
September 9, 2011 at 1:28 am #208436Well maybe now its time for me to become an adventure rider

Welcome Stuie and enjoy the site, the friends & the riding
September 9, 2011 at 3:40 pm #208437Welcome to the Stuie_bcg. OK I have to ask what is bcg? Is it one of those new fangled terms like lol ROTFL WTF FML BTW ???? I will ask this at the risk of sounding stupid which I seem to do so well. Welcome mate. I am glad you sorted out the electric start issues. I also think it is good that you now know how good an electric leg is. I know you wont take it for granted after your experience. I am a bit disappointed to hear that you have been off the bike for a while as on a few occasions I had no hope of getting around you. So from now on just tell all that you are a pro rider and I will feel a lot better about my riding. Hopefully you can come up and ride Nundle or the Cells with us one day. You will not be disappointed.

doesnt matter what it is there is an excuse with u…. safe… safe… SAFE????? what the hell was safe about me an u back in the day, down on the back paddock over the river. Me on the front bars of the quad u riding and u stoppping after starting the pump. ” now stuie every turn we make lean into it.. if u dont we may roll”…………. now i remember the only thing that stopped us that day was the fact even tho u had the fat man on the front u were going so quick we almost did roll…. Still remember that day as the first time i went straight to the toilet wen we got back to the house as i felt i may of shat myself… So yes i ponder ur safe so called method of rideing as i balieve it to be a crock of shit!!!!!!!!
