    Just found your site and thought i would introduce my self

    My name is Steve, i am 55 and live in Moss Vale.
    Have recently got keen again in trail riding after a long absence (kids etc)
    Recently purchased a 2000 model Wr 400 and love it – have been riding pretty much by myself at Belanglo and thought it would be good to go with like minded and aged guys.

    Tried to find some suitable rides on DSMRA but so far have been unsuccessful – looking for rides around here or near Sydney, Wollongong – willing to travel.

    Welcome to the site Escoe

    Sounds like you are a perfect fit mate. I rode a mates WR400 a few months ago and they are angry buggers. They certainly have toned down the modern WR450 compared to that screamer.
    There are some good rides that go down in your neck of the woods and keep your eye out for anything posted by Hatto. He is on the South Coast and knows some great riding.

    Welcome Escoe, there are a few guys that ride Belanglo like idle-jet, Deejay etc There are also plenty of other rides around Sydney as well.

    Nice part of the world I live up nth now but was from Col Vale, some good riding around down that way.

    As TB said keep a eye on the site for there is all ways plenty rides that come up.

    And if you happy travel there is some great ride that the OBT put on every year and they are worth travel mate .

    From one newbie called Steve [aka Ock] to another newbie called Steve, welcome mate.

    I’m up near Windsor, yell if you are coming up this way for a ride.

    I will give you a holler if I’m heading down that way.

    My bikes are a Wee-Strom and a 25 year old KLR650, my dirt skills are fairly average so it is not hard to keep up [or pass] me. :blush:
