I’ve got a few quad bikes, but i cannot remember the brand name of this one.

Anyway I cant get a spark. The bike ran fine one day then the next wouldnt start. The spark was weak, then a couple of days later I couldnt get spark at all.

How do i test the coil and/or should i be looking elsewhere ?

Your probably best to disconnect all kill switches completely before going any further – if not done so already.

Hey Jak, with a test light test for pulse to the coil when the quad is cranking by connecting to earth and probing the power wire or if it has 2 terminals like a car coil just across the coil. The light should flicker if the trigger is working.
If you are getting trigger signal to the coil and it is not producing a spark it is either the lead(high resistance) or coil.
