this is a great ride im not sure exactly how many k’s it is exactly but its a good combination of dirt road, fire trail, single lines
most difficult sections would be a grade 4 but not many of those most of them can be bypassed.
there will be some beginners the pace will be cruisy. will help any new riders through difficult sections. and will help the better riders by pulling out a camera so they can see where they went wrong :silly:
will leave Zig Zag Railway at around 8am plan to get to capertee around 12, re-fuel have a pizza and a beer at the pub and make our way back
Call Tony on 0414254167 for more details.

    Hey Tony,

Count me in mate. I was riding around Newnes yesterday and after not been there for more than 12 months the tracks are chopped up a fair bit. But sounds like a fun day. Especially with beer involved. :woohoo:

Where do you park at Zig Zag? The owners of the railway have asked bike riders not to park in there car park so I don’t usually park there.

Good on ya mal see you there!
I normally park in there but there is a little parking spot across the road we can use.

I’d be in for this only I’m in Batemans Bay for another week.

I still got another 2 weeks leave when I get home so may organise another ride up there later in the month.

no worries scotty we are planning an overnight ride soon from zig zag to sofala. where we will spend the night terrorizing the locals via the capertee pub for lunch. so keep an eye out

I will keep a lookout I quite enjoy an overnighter out that way.

The earlier the dates are posted the easier it is for me to arrange as I don’t get to many full weekends off.
