Oh my f@%kn god, that was fun, I could do it all again, for all the punters I lasted 12.2ks, oh and ktms go heaps better with the choke off. How good are these 250s, more later when I get the tin lids off the puta. :) :) :)

so far there have been 2 of todays rider admitted into hospital, the predator does not like its new owner  and when you go roost me make sure your ktm 450 doesnt grab a hand full of traction and spit you off whilst it performs a neat back flip… bloody funny to watch but geez it busted the rider big time.

    oh did i tell you how much I love my KTM 250,, it is awesome :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :)

Boonys full of shit, he wanted to burn it after the first 15 km, it stalled wouldnt fire and couldnt pass a fart. He caused all the bad accidents and generally held the ride up as we waited for him on every hill and hard bit. Reckon hell be back on a DRZ in no time.

Jealousy is showing through now isn’t it  yep I did want to burn it when it was playing up, but I would have bought another 250 because I seen how buggered yous drz pilots looked at each stop 😆

Ok jealousy may be a factor. Great ride boony skulked around the back of the pack so no could see him stuff up and I only saw him during the short period I wasnt leading. When I did see him he was hurtling along with a stupid smile filling his helmet. I didnt realise Boony could ride that fast or well so it says a lot for the ability of the bike. I should point out Boony did chicken out on riding back up Parachute hill after the first decent but at least all the DRZs webt up it even if no katos did.

Great ride turn up of 12 riders plus a random we picked up in the forrest for a while until he left because he couldnt stand Boony crapping on about how good his new bike was. First casualty of the day was Tack on the big ktm 530 who launched it and himself halfway up a pine tree in an effort to avoind listening to Boony crap on about the kato. On the second decent of parachute I planted the drz into the bank and from there to the berry patch managed to lay the black bitch down more than I had in the last twelve months including a lie down in the river.

Polly as usual rode the entire ride without getting his arse of the seat once while still riding better than most. Ranger rick spent every session he was on a corner trying to direct us all over cliffs or into deep swamps and Billy christened his new WR with an impressive ride. Aaron missed the ride having lost his testicles just south of the coffs ride. Buzz had a play in the rock garden but was otherwise pretty bloody quick and dammo was just anoying everyone by riding the hard bits on the back wheel only.

As usual great lunch at the Berry Patch before heading back along the native singles which are turning into some great riding. Just after heading off into the backcreek singles the poor bastard that bought Boonys DRZ discovered it likes to pigroot off contour mounds and face planted at high speed into a rock. Given he was off the planet totally for ten minutes and had claret pissing out of him we called the ride off and some of the crew headed off to get a recovery vehicle while the rest of us patched him up and stayed with him until he got recovered and was last seen heading off to TBH to spend some money at snowys radiation bar and grill. As the rain was coming down and the nundle fog and cold rolling in we headed for the cars and the Dungowan pub to debrief while Polly began the 4 hour drive home.

Apart from injuries and having to put up with Boony being as happy as a pig in shit it was a great day. worse still was riding like shit when he was riding so well. Looking forward to a 3 day ride with the boys next month they know when and where.

Don’t listen to the water cooled ag bike and tractor drivers Boony. If the bike puts a big shit eating grin on your face then enjoy mate.

So are you happy with it….
