    Will start a series of how to do it things as I do maintenance on Katie-kawa as time goes by so here is the 1st one

    ‘How to fit radiator guards’

    2nd ride out on katie and a stick tore off her RHS plastic radiator fins/protectors so saved some money and got a B&B OFFROAD set.

    You have to remove radiator side brace.

    This clip nut has to be fitted from the top may save you 20 mins that * ;)

    Fit lowering link for fuel tap horn remains in original hole.

    assemble shrouds * the longest set screw fits into that clip nut.

    Nice work Dude and only two Hours ! My XR650 ones were at least that per side :blush:

    BTW is there a mod for relocating that fuel tap ? :ohmy: A decent hit on the front and I reckon it will do some damage to the core ! (just a thought)
