    Hi all, been playing with the easiest solution to mounting filter skins and come with an alternative idea which I have tested and confirm works.

    This is all based on you having a DNA Filter Cover to start with.

    I think the images tell the story of the setup well enough so I wont bother with the obvious.

    If anyone does have a question please ask away.

    That’s neat and tidy Dave well done. Some sort of reusable elastic or such retainer maybe better than the zip tie? Between yours and Nicks filter sock prototype there are some great ideas.

    BTW Dave has that ever been off road gees Louise that’s clean under the seat :huh:

    Hey TB, its actually a thin strip of old front rubber tube.

    You dont have to remove anything to change the filter skin, just pull the rubber tube to one side and slip the skin in its hoop straight out, change the skin and slip it back under the rubber.

    Yeh mate she has spent more of her life on the dirt than on road.

    I’m known to be fussy with having clean bikes/cars/house etc.

    Ah that’s the go Dave ;) I like it will look into doing the same. The setup I have now is good but that maybe easier and I like the wire ring setup
