I saw this today whilst I was working at Adventure Moto

Its a neat dash layout on a DR650. The trailtech vapour works great (I test rode for a fuel problem I was fixing) It has a tacho, outside tech, road speed etc. The alloy back plate allows for the heated grip switch mounting, you could also power outlets etc.

Thought it was worth posting a picture off

Yeah I didnt write it up the way I wanted really, was meant to be more about the dash. When we set DJ’s up the lack of a dash was a problem. No where to mount anything and dont start me on the 70’s speedo they have

not so much worried about the speedo as the GPS tells me the speed, max speed, time moving, aver. moving speed, aver. speed overall, direction, altitude, latitude, longitude, distance travelled etc, etc and also tells me where it is I am LOST.

The Vapour has speedo, trip meter, odometer, Tacho, ambient temp, engine temp, clock, stop watch, temp warning lights etc, etc :woohoo:

Still, the speedo is handy help keep constable plod from pulling you up when coming in to built up areas.
