Just got back from a 100km loop of some of the north coasts finest singles , Spud , Rob400 and myself had one of the best rides of the year through dust ( haven’t seen that in a while ) , up a notorious prick of a hill that not all made first go including Spud ( haven’t seen that in a while ). And a big fast over the hangers moment for me ( I know TB , we see that all the time :D ) and I filmed the lot !!!

Big thanks to Spud who took us on some new singles that he hasn’t ridden in a very long time and to Rob who led us on a single that he almost rode for 400metres before eating it !! :D

It’s been 3 years of wet weather in our area and now it’s dry we headed into the now dried up swamps that couldn’t be ridden of late.

5 hours of gold , cheers boys !!

Videos to follow explaining what happened !!

Today was perfect for a ride and we were geared up and on the bikes before 8 am

we rode straight out my back yard and up into the state forest , the trails were dusty and loose , its been a while since we have ridden in conditions this dry and it took some time to get used to the loose surface causing a few early front end moments.

The first area we rode was mainly fast flowing single tracks and twin tracks that led us to a waterfall jut out the back of my place. We parked up and walked about 500m to the falls

Great report boys and quality edit Nick.
That was a big hit you took! As for the Hobbit, he is definitely more stylish on the big than he is off it 😆
