Anyone got a photo of how they achieved this with the standard bars and without removing any wiring/switches etc?

There’s a TON of stuff on, and running down, the handle bars; letalone the hydraulics for the brake and clutch to navigate …..

    Anyone else done it?

    Thanks in advance

I just tried ducking out the shed and taking some pictures of the set I fitted to the 530. You need a bent bar mount on the clutch side or I have used them on Dejays and Steve’s. Looks like this

That’s perfect, thank you … yep, already got all that I need in that case. Got the bent mounts etc already.

Thanks for taking the trouble for the pics, exactly what I needed.

Razz, the bent mounts come with the new BB Ego kits. I fitted a set to my Berg last week. The wiring is only cable tied to your bars/bike in places.

Best bet is to cut the cable ties and loosen up the wiring then you can fit the bar mounts and run the mounts underneath the wiring. Once done just put a few cable ties in sensible places and that’s it. I don’t think it took me more than 15 minutes to remove the shitty Acerbis ones I had and fit the new BB’s up B)

I can take a picture of mine tonight if you still need it, you get the idea from TB’s pics though.

Thanks. Yep, that’s pretty much my plan to cut the ties and then re-establish after fitting.

TB’s photo’s gave me enough to go on, but thanks for the offer.

Thanks TB and Moto … they’re on and they look great! :) Pivot Pegz are fitted too.

Now for the rest of the goodies (there’s more on the way as well, ooops) ….
