Internet shopping whilst on the piss. Sometimes not a good idea but this time it worked out for the better.

I was trolling a few websites last Saturday night and ended up on the Adventure Moto site. I find they now sell Seat Concepts products and have the TE610 listed. By this time I have a couple of bourbons under the belt so without hesitation click buy, enter credit details and figure that I would see the seat in a few weeks time.

Tuesday comes and the bloody thing is on my doorstep. Can’t complain about the service. The price is marginally above the direct price from Seat Concepts but if you factor in shipping Adventure Moto comes in a touch cheaper.

Fitted the foam and cover today. The wide top made it a little bit trickier than a standard style seat but it come out nice in the end. I’ve only done a short ride around the neighbourhood but it is certainly plush on the arse. I will need to take it for a longer ride to do a proper review and compare to the old plank/seat.

    Hey Scotty,

I got a Seat Concepts for my TE630 from Adventure Moto before our ride to Moto GP this year. 1400k in the saddle and not so much as a numb bum during the ride and after three days no Monkey Butt at all. Well worth the investment and a quality product.
