Just got a call from Ollie, seems as though he stepped from his brothers bike at speed on Sunday and smashed himself up rather bad. He was taken to Kempsey Hospital and then transferred to Port Mac because of his injuries. He has busted his collarbone in at least 3 place and 3 ribs. He will be in the hospital for at least another two or three days and is very bored.
I put it to those old bulls that know Ollie and live close like Mick, Strucky, Kram etc to take and hr or so out of your day or evening and go see him, he is feeling pretty sorry for himself and being a long way from home could use a visitor

I knew this already. I was speaking to him yesterday after the accident. It wasn’t my place to announce it at that stage. I will drop by and see the bugger tomorrow.
