Loving it here, the kikuyu grass that the cows ate last night has reshot up an inch overnight. Might need the Japanese riding boots to check the springing cows in a minute. To go from virtually no feed 2 weeks to now is awesome.

Got a short 60k ride in with the king at nundle yesterday. It rained the whole ride but only lightly. That area has now had 70mil overnight so all the creeks will be impassable. On the up side we needed this rain.

friday arvo we had 37.5mm here in a bit over an hour, i would go out and check our rain gauge … but its surrounded by black soil and it looks nice and sticky … so it can wait haha

hopefully it backs off a little so i can squeeze in a sunday arvo mud session

Been pouring at my place all morning, a good time to tidy the shed and maintain the bikes.

Cut my weekend away short, we decided to cut it and pack up yesterday arvo and drove through some steady downpours on the Pacific Hwy for 2 hrs.
Would have been a lot worse today with trafic trying to get south with the road closures etc

Still trying to get some gear dry this arvo

40-50 odd mm in the last 4 days. We were on the skirt of all that rain so only had drizzle.
Wish the cloud would stay. Was nice 20s and now the sun is out back up to fecking 34C today.
