My new shed … and its contents

    Only thing that will hold value would be the old CRs.
    Not a bad looking shed .Micks looked like that once.

    Not sure yet toes, got my return X-rays and orthopaedic specialist appointment tomorrow. Hopefully he gives me the all clear to get back on the bike, but I’m not holding out much hope coz its still kind of sore :( I’ll be happy if he just says “ah yes, that’s healing nicely now” ….. Hopefully. It’s kind of depressing me now, NEVER doing that again! :angry:

    In the downtime I’ve stacked on sh@t loads of weight ….. Depression eating, sitting around etc … I have managed to quit smoking though!! …. haven’t had a single ciggie in three months! Never going back to those filthy little burning sticks either, I’ve got better things to spend my $$ on, bike bits and gear :woohoo: Plus, the specialist told me that there’s a seven-fold decrease in bone healing capacity when smoking, something to do with oxygen depletion due to co2 or something.

    i know how you feel razz got xrays back yesturday and my ankle hasnt fully healed but they told me to keep moving it,its the best its going to get , the piece of bone thats chipped off, they not worried about as it will be absoarbed they said :blink: ,to see me now getting about you wouldnt know its still broken, as for the weight and eating i got down to 100kg just b4 i broke it and by the end i was back up to 108kg, in the last cpl weeks since iv been more active and happy im on my way back down im 104kg
