Saturday the 30th of November and Sunday the 1st of December

Read it all please because there are some changes from previous map sharing Navgation Rides like:

Only Camping accommodation at the Saturday night stay details below

    – 350km fuel range, there is no fuel for 330kms of this ride (20kms gives you a safety margin)

    So to the Ride

This is not an organised ride, it’s a map sharing exercise that is free. I am going on another two day navigation ride this one under 800km starting in Lithgow west of Sydney and finishing in Lithgow. Navigation means it’s a full GPS ride, yes if you want to come must have your own GPS. You need a GPS because there is no cornerman, no sweeps etc.

The route will be loaded on your GPS on Friday night at the Commercial Hotel Motel, 198 Main Street Lithgow between 6pm and 9pm with the compulsory riders briefing at 9pm sharp. GPS’s will only be loaded Friday night the 29th of November (no GPSs will be loaded Saturday morning I will be long gone) the route I believe will be suitable for all bikes loaded with camping gear if ridden to the conditions but that’s your choice when you get to all if any obstacles.

Again this is not an organised ride, it’s a map sharing exercise same as getting a map from the NRMA or whoever you can follow it if you want, that’s your choice when you get to all if any obstacles. The route I am planning to ride has plenty to see, and will be a cracker if you choose to follow it like a map. Like the last Nav ride the Friday night GPS loading point is where Pete the Wulf, Amy, Strucky, Wolfman, Crash and myself are staying that is the Commercial Hotel Motel Lithgow, 198 Main Street Lithgow contact Phone: (02) 6351 2312. The pub has a lot of different rooms and accommodation options at their motel out the back
see here . Get onto it ASAP ;)

We will again have the benefit of daylight savings so you will be able to enjoy a relaxing ride all day. The ride has been advertised elsewhere and we have had a fair amount of media around the Nav rides so it may fill faster than before I recommend you get your name down ASAP as I don’t want anyone missing out.

    Saturday night Accommodation

Saturday Night is at Royal Hotel Woodstock. As mentioned above they have limited accommodation I can fairly confidently say most of us will be camping or swagging it on the back lawn or if you pack a sleeping bag and air mattress the publican will let you sleep in the pub. The publican said he will provide free showers for everyone. Remember its November great camping weather in the Central West of NSW. I reckon a small tarp a sleeping bag and an inflatable pillow will be sufficient.

    Fuel

You need a 350km minimum fuel range just in case (remember a fuel bladder or the likes can be used to extend your range) and must have your own GPS that can have a map loaded on it. No 330km fuel range, no GPS, no ride. There is no support vehicle, no cornermen, no sweeps. People will be required to ride in at least pairs for safety sake. No solo riders this time, I will not be looking for or worrying about someone missing on their own. This time at least pairs or more so they would know if their buddy is missing or down it’s the only thing I ask. There is a lunch time stop or two both days

This is not a race or a show of how big you think your dick is it’s not anything, just me riding and sharing a map as such, my map or where I am going finishes in Lithgow the afternoon of the 23rd. Numbers maybe limited I am offering you a route (like a map) and recommendations (like someone asking out a car window) as to distances between fuel and accommodation etc. Fuel distances later

With thanks to Yamaha and Adventure Moto supporting me so I can find and ride these routes. This means I can share them with you. ;)

There are 2 routes day 1. There is the normal route and the enduro route. If you want to do the enduro see me at Lithgow Friday night, it is for the more experienced rider. It is basically the same route for 93.12320916905445% of the ride. Check the maths its right!!
Everybody needs a 350km range that hasn’t changed

    Day 1 route
One fuel and food stop (same as below)
    Distance – 325kms
    7am start

    Day 1 Enduro route
One fuel and food stop (same as above)
    Distance – 349kms

    Day 2 One route
