    Hi All,

    So after riding not much over the last few years this happened:

    I ran into a guy I know on a Wednesday about 6 weeks ago who said his mate had been off work for 6 months from a motorcycle accident, to which I replied ‘I think I’ve given up on bikes because I can’t injure myself because I’ll be off work’. Well my subconscious must have heard me say that and reacted. That weekend I a bought a bike, 3 weeks later I left on the black dog ride from melbourne to alice, and attached is a pick I took on Tuesday at the tip of cape York.

    Loved the trip and hope to do heaps more, hopefully catch you at a nav ride, will there be any in vic in the future?

    Looks like you had some fun on that ride. You got the right bike & forum for nav rides, as to any down your way TB will be along soon to answer all the nav Questions.

    Welcome Sea Bass, how good is the Cape, loved my last trip up there with Jacko as my main ride partner and Moose and Goldfish. Lots of great rides around at the moment.
    I just put my name down for the Tenere Tragics next year, I cant wait a ride I can just attend and ride around while someone looks after everything :woohoo: :woohoo:

    Thanks for the warm welcome! Thanks for the heads up re the tenere tragics 2014, I’ve sent off a email for that too, sounds like you put in a huge effort for everyone with the nav rides, champion Looking forward to nov should be great!
