Well I’ve seen plenty around Facebook and other forums about the new generation of Husqvarna, but have been waiting for Husqvarna’s website to be updated. Finally its been updated !
http://www.husqvarna-motorcycles.com
Of course we’re all here interested in the enduro range, and it doesn’t disappoint.
The big selling point for me is the WP 4CS front forks and MonoShock with a linkage rear end !
Yes, is does have a lot in common with the burg. But call it what you like, its a very respectable bike. Wont be surprised to see these sneak up at race days ( i know i will have one as soon as i can, which one will be a surprise )
October 7, 2013 at 10:45 pm #250514Looking Good,,,It would be the 350 for me :cheer:
October 8, 2013 at 2:31 am #250532So Graham Jarvis will now be riding for Husqvarna
Looks like they have thrown out the old models in favour of the Husuberg model, still got the closed cartridge forks, plastic subframe and the KTM 2 smoker motor at least. Looks like they ditched the 4 stroke husqvarna motor as well.
Shame they didnt change the plastics, never really been a fan of the berg axe head tank plastics. Good news for berg owners, not so great for husqy owners who just took a hit to resale value on the discontinued models.
Keen to see if they revised the pricing to help smooth the change
October 8, 2013 at 6:20 am #250515Its the american KTM motorcross frame (read linkage
) a KTM with a H on the side
I read today the Terra is to become an orphan no more brothers for it.

October 8, 2013 at 7:20 am #250516Should be some decent reviews filtering through tomorrow,,,
Clubby & the dozens of other mag reps are over there as we speak for the international media launch, and get to ride the lineup when they finish downing all the free booze
Might be a few bent ones about by the end of proceedings 😆

February 20, 2014 at 10:54 am #251052I’ve always loved the bullet proof nature of my TE450, the easy valve clearance check/adjust, and the tractor like grunt have made it very hard to consider an upgrade to a newer one.
Fact is though, it’s tall for me and the weight makes it tiring late in the day, saw the new TE300 at dealer yesterday and i’m seriously thinking about a stroker again, the new model is seriously trick and while i’m no fan of KTM, pds is useless for short riders! and their 4 stroke i’m no fan of, but i do love the new husky range all round, they ooze quality and thoughtful set up, the WP suspension is impressive, the price is not. but we can’t have everything…..
hmmm, decisions decisions

plastic rear clip is the ABS plastic sub frame, sounds cheap and nasty but it’s well thought out and doesn’t look it.
the negative bonding strap would be a point on the frame for a negative lead from the battery to improve the electrical circuit of the system i’m guessing.doesn’t look anything like the KTM MX frame by the way.
February 20, 2014 at 11:15 am #254328you are joking arent you looks exactly like my bike yes the plastics are different but it only exposes the white power shock since when did husky start running WP until this model
like its all good to see husky back up there but at least when i had my 06 510 it was a bike that husky developed not remodelled bike if they want to take credit for being an individual brand make individual bikesdoesn’t look anything like the KTM MX frame by the way.[/quote]
