    Funny for the guys taking shots from the jetty but when they yelled out and I turned around all I saw was a fin coming straight at me. I was in open water about 250 metres off shore.

    Don’t blame the dolphin mate it probably has never seen another shiny hairless mammal before :D

    I was blown away when you sent me the picture the other day mate, remember I rang going christ is that a SHARK!!! Cloudnt make it out on the phone. I reckon if that was me I would have moved so fast I could off taken a picture of myself in the water from the jetty :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:

    Just watched prime news…… They said there was a sighting of a white pointer at the coffs jetty…..
    Thank god i can relax now….. Looks like it was just STM…….

    The same thing happened to me some years ago in Yamba. The only difference was I was on a Jetski. I still shat myself though. Then the little bastards wouldn”t leave me alone. I was worried I would hit them they kept getting so close.

    Years ago I was stabbed in the arm while snorkeling for abalone with a couple of mates. Tell you what, when you are bleeding in the ocean, it goes everywhere. Reckon I was out of the water in 2 seconds flat!! I can relate to your photo, big-time!!
