During my WR Adventure build I purchased quite a few things from Adventure Moto. Never once was anything a problem. Even when I wasn’t totally happy with the seat rebuild Steve was all over it and more than happy to in his own words” Get to the bottom of it”. You don’t get that from someone in another country you got cheaper.
I was sent by mistake someone elses order with mine, I let them know the mistake they were grateful for the honesty and straight away rewarded me with “store credit” – I could have pocketed the items but chose not to, “Service and respect”
Safari tanks – within in 48 hours of ringing them of a problem they had a replacement at my door – no charge
Betta Bikes – Nothing was too hard – had some electrical probs – they didn’t rest still sorted.
Support Aussie business, Buy Aussie – long term it drives all our futures , The bad ones will fade away – what goes around !!.
