Thanks Adam,
Another big day
You made a great sweep (party of two).
I did have a trouble in the wet and greasy conditions. .
More problem that I expected.

Front ant rear just did not Want to hook up.

This meant picking the bike up again and again.
The pressure were at 15 psi in both tyres , as I explained to Adam, upon testing the tyres were twenty plus. Need a new gauge,
Bike behaved must better, still came off though!

Went from quarry to quarry. Adam led through the western section. The tracks were wet and very slippery. Coming back throughout the singles we found two sad adventurers .
1 husky and a Kato 500. A nice bike …. What we could see of it. Two blokes covered in mud one Kato up to its rear hubb in mud standing on its back wheel. Lots of broken timber , four people half a tree and half an hour of addition digging saw the Kato start and break free of it prison. Total capture time 3 1/2 hours. Shittttt.
The riders headed straight for the main trail back to the car park . We were buggered as well.

Thanks again Adam

Gordon,

Thanks for inviting me along ;)

It had been 5 days since I had a ride in Ourimbah and it’s funny how quickly things can change

I rode through the same puddle on Tuesday that saw the end of what was supposed to be an easy day out on the bikes for two intrepid adventurers today

The picture tells it all and 3 1/2 hours of toil is enough to wear anyone out

Gordon and I skirted around this puddle on our way out to the quarry as I nearly got stuck in it on Tuesday

On out return approximately 3 hours this is what we came across

It took the four of us another 1/2 hour to get it out  and the boys were knackered but relieved :cheer:

It was slippery out there today and we had some serious fun :woohoo:

It was amusing watching G Mac trying to get up greasy hills with about 30 psi in his tyres

He finally gave in and let some air out, but it didn’t seem to make much difference :P

Thanks Gordo, see you next Saturday, and don’t forget the BBQ

Some brief vids, didn’t get much time for stopping.
