:woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:
Thats three cheers for everybody involved.
I’m not going to bang on, but it was a very well organised ride through some of the Watagans singles.
Hats off to Merv and Lotsa for doing the support vehicle trip. Thank god it was not needed in a rescue mission.
I could go on and on but I will not.
Let the other boys do that.
Some pics to come, eventually.
Cheers

April 5, 2014 at 9:26 am #255507Merv and myself planned to get away today in the nice country air of the Watagan mountains, talk about campervans and drink lattes.
The distant sound of bikes grew louder until a bloke we knew and other riders who happened to be following him descended into our camp. Being the hospitable people we are, we fed and watered the group with a couple of slabs of Sara Lee cake, soft drink and lattes.
Who said enduro riders are too tough to drink lattes
The group thanked us and continued on their ride.
Merv and I took a short drive before stopping for lunch and decided to cook 50 sausages because we were really hungry.
Just then, the same group of blokes turned up again. Our hospitality reined a second time and we even broke open some coleslaw and pasta salad.
I believe this bloke was there too. Even naming track after him
Good to catch up with faces I haven’t seen for a long while and the new ones.
Cheers
lotsaApril 5, 2014 at 9:48 am #255508Adam,
The day went to script, bloody brilliant!
Entertaining,I had a ball. :woohoo:
My day started very shaky  There were two sweeps murph and me. The sweep generally gives help not need help  thanks murph.
The ground was greasy and I found it hard to get in the groove. The sweeps job (first time) is a little challenging . No one stops because it is too easy…… The big group moved a little slow at first  but after the morning tea. The boys stepped up. The highlights for me, a run on a husburg te300. Shitttt :woohoo: and Farrell’s rd 3. Thanks to all had great day glad to be part of it.Adam cheers , Merv and Lotsa , done good , appreciated your work.
Till next time
