HELLO ALL… DUE TO THE HIGH DEMAND FOR QUALITY ADV RIDES… WE HAVE COMMITTED TO ANOTHER EXCITING RIDEADV EVENT WHERE YOU CAN FREEZE YOUR NUTS OFF WHILE HAVING THE BEST FUN ON TWO WHEELS
SO… RIDE ADV (NSW) LITHGOW TO ORANGE AND RETURN OVERNIGHT 2 DAY NAVIGATION RIDE
JULY 12th and 13th 2014This is a two day overnight Lithgow to Orange – NAV ride which departs Lithgow on Saturday morning rain, hail or frost. The cost is still only $65.00 per day per person… That’s only $130.00 for two days of spectacular ADV riding at its best… This ride is a GPS Navigation ride and includes all tracks and routes loaded for each day. The rideADV sweep crew and support vehicles support the ride. You need to be at registration for GPS/map loading no later than 6pm in Lithgow on Friday 11th July at the Commercial Hotel Motel Lithgow, 198 Main Street Lithgow contact Phone: (02) 6351 2312.
GPS loading will start at 6pm and riders briefing is planned for at 7.30pm. All riders are required to attend the rider briefing or you will not be able to start the ride. This is regardless of whether you are using your own GPS or riding with a mate and following his tyre tracks. The Commercial Hotel is the recommended place to stay although alternative Motel accommodation is close by (make your own arrangements) alternative accommodation can be found at Lithgow Hotel, 130 Main Street Lithgow. (02) 6351-3379
NOTE: PLEASE BACK UP YOUR EXISTING TRACKS ON YOUR GPS. WE NEED TO HAVE SUFFICIENT SPACE TO LOAD OUR TRACKS AND ROUTES AND WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSING OR WIPING EXISTING TRACKS FROM YOUR GPS TO ENSURE SUFFICIENT SPACE IS AVAILABLE. WE PREFER YOU TO HAVE A GARMIN CLEAN OF OTHER TRACKS AND ROUTES TO AVOID CONFUSION WHEN USING YOUR DEVICE WITH OUR MAPS DURING THE RIDE.Day 1 Saturday
7.30am to 8am departure… Lithgow to Orange kms TBA… (Please do not depart before this time and you MUST sign out on departure at the back of the Commercial HOTEL even if you are staying elsewhere).

Rider briefing and de-briefing will be at the Occidental on Saturday night with GPS loading from 5pm. They will organise a table in the dining area for GPS loading. ALL RIDERS ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND THE RIDERS BRIEFING. There are many service stations in Orange and we suggest you fuel up when you arrive Saturday afternoon or before departure on Sunday.Day 2 Sunday

On both ride days we will be offering two routes being a “STANDARD” route more suitable for larger bore ADV bikes and riders who prefer a still scenic, slightly less challenging ride. And the “SPECIAL” suitable for experienced riders on any machine and competent riders on smaller bore ADV bikes or those wanting to extend themselves outside their comfort zones.
