Not bike related but has anyone had to return anything to Kogan, just bought tv for van turned it on and heard a bit of fuzz out of the speakers and nothing else, won’t turn on or do anything, have googled and looks like their warranty sucks.

Chris, it should have a minimum 12 month warranty period and they will also arrange a free shipping package to return it back to their shop.

I have had a few Kogan items and not had an issue so cant really speak from experience, just get in contact and go from there.

As with Ollie I’ve had no problems.

If what you bought doesn’t fit it’s intended purpose, watching TV then consumer laws allow for a remedy.

Push them and you should get a result.

I had an issue with a mobile that I had to send back. Told me to ship back in original box but I didn’t have it. I wrapped to cyclone proof and sent back. Heard nothing for weeks so I rang them and was told the goods were damaged in transit. I explained very forcefully that I expected that exact response and have photos to prove it was returned physically undamaged and packaged soundly. He immediately changed his tune and within a week was given credit to purchase a new phone.
Turned out alright in the end but F^% them for trying it on.
    Good luck.
