    Hi Guys,
Went out with the boys today and had a blast, headed up to clarence for some narly riding.
Of course being my usual nice self I volunteered to ride sweep all day!!!
Left Blaxland at about 6.50am to head up to clarence, I reckon it must have been about 2 degrees when we left. Packed in with Northy and Cam for the 1hour long trip to Clarence with some questionable music playing.. Arrived around 7.00am to meet Pommy and Greg who were already waiting when we got there. After the usual plesantries and sharing of bodily functions we geared up and got going..
The riding was a lot of single track, and rutty fire trails, probably the best single track i’ve seen so far, I’ve never seen single track 2 foot deep covered in bushes and you can only see a couple of metres ahead. Lots of logs, rocks, mud, hills, mushy pine needles, you name it it had it all.

Man How snotty was that hill!!!! It looks like you couldn’t even walk on it, let alone ride.
The Big Red pig would have some serious roost happening ,If i tried getting up there.
BTW were exactly is Clarence? Mushy pine needles are a pretty rare commodity up our way.
    Great pics and Video.

Its near lithgow (no good to you oh cold one) we will be going thru there when we ride out to Capertee for the trail ride. (see front page chicken, chris and myself)
We do some riding around Orange which in a couple of big pine forests it is all pretty well all single line, first and second gear work good fun for a change.
Take you there one day Mick, in summer hey?

There was 3 ways around it another bigger mud bog, a little steel like ladder about 30cm wide with massive ruts after that, if you fell you were in the drink, I chose the 3rd way, hindsights a wonderful thing..

That hill was downright nasty I crapped myself thinking we had to get up it to continue riding but thankfully we didn’t..

    Cheers
    Chris.
