This thread will be locked ( to stop Moto posting 36 times to say one thing lol )and will be updated with details, maps etc

The Friday night loop will leave around 8.30 as to give time for the northern chapter to get down for the loop, with a couple of stubbies after.

Saturdays morning loop will be pretty much the same as last Saturdays morning loop, lunch and then an afternoon loop to be arranged.

Saturday afternoon let the games begin, award ceremonies and more stubbies. Mac’s spit trailer for dinner

Boulders a legend, not that there was any doubt but the further his legend status he has scored three 12 month subscriptions to Trailbike Adventure Magazine for the Christmas Party.
A couple will be used for prizes and the other will be a lucky draw prize, there will be other lucky draw prizes all throughout the Weekend.

    Cheers Mick I try

Chicken has a bakery we can order rolls from and we will do a roll and ice run before the Olympics start. Numbers will be important by Wed the week before, as we will have to order bread / rolls and Mac will need to know for the stuff he is getting. If you don’t let us know you will only get what those of us that have our names on the list don’t eat lol and wait till you see Tiny go!

Just so everyone knows and no one goes hungry the only meal being put on at the Christmas Party will be the Saturday night meal, Mac has been good enough to supply the meat, the spit trailer and the knives, forks and plates.

I would suggest that you bring all the other stuff you wish to eat and drink for however long you are there.

Am trying to work out how we can fresh bread / rolls for the pork and lambs sandwiches / rolls for the Saturday dinner. I will speak with chicken regarding getting fresh bread etc up to the camp site maybe will have to all chuck in and do a ice and bread run to Cooranbong, but in the meantime pack your own.

I will lead the Friday night loop and the both Saturday loops. The Night loop Friday will start about 8.30 and be grade 3 and the run back to camp grade 2. Ride will last about an hour.
Saturday mornings loop will single line and twin trail out to Tiny’s loop, once the loop is done we will stop at Ollie’s lookout for another breather. Once finished there we will drop down onto the dirt road for a run to the pub, can top the fuel of there and we will blast back to camp for lunch. The afternoon loop will be called the wish I had stayed at the pub loop (nah it wont be hard) grade 3 to grade 4

Sweeps for Saturday will be Tiny, Moto, Shane VOR and Crash

Champo will rotate around and take photos etc like last time

Sunday Ollie will lead the way

I will run around doing photos and video instead of Champo

Gilli will be one sweep, need more

The cornerman system will be two man per corner same as last time to keep things moving, read the cornerman thread to brush up if need be http://www.obtrailriders.com/index.php?option=com_kunena&Itemid=2&func=view&catid=26&id=7213#7213

Also check the ride grade thread to get an idea on the terrain, everybody will make it so no stress, we leave no one behind http://www.obtrailriders.com/index.php?option=com_kunena&Itemid=2&func=view&catid=14&id=7214#7214

One further thing we would like to form a large circle to park the bikes in once each days riding is finished, we will then run a big cable around through the front wheels for security and to keep drunks of their bikes! (You know what we are talking about)
