Chivo’s Tyres Burnt Down

I popped down the road today to go and see Chivo’s Tyres at Granville and got a big shock. The factory complex was taped off with NSW fire brigade tape and there was a security guard posted at the entrance.

I had a chat to the guard who explained that there was a fire at the premises on Tuesday, but get this, there was another fire this morning. From what I saw, Chivo’s factory was completely destroyed. The guard wouldn’t elaborate as to why he was posted there but two fires in three days sounds very suspect. I am not accusing anyone of anything. I am sure, it will be an inconvenience for a lot of us not to have a local motorcycle tyre specialist.
