It is all well and good that we talk dirt bikes and crap on here, but one really good thing that comes out of being a member here is the social side of things.
Yesterday arvo I had the pleasure of entertaining DanD and KylieD at my humble abode.
We had a great time talking and drinking while the kids all swam in the pool.
Two weeks ago we had TB and Selina around and a nice lunch was had.
It is good that my wife Lessa gets to meet the characters that frequent the site, it helps her understand why I spend so much time here.
If you get the chance to meet up with or entertain an OLDBull and their family who are visiting your town,do it I say.
It is also great to put faces to names as well.
Cheers
Mick
BTW thanks for getting my chair back to me ChampoJanuary 5, 2009 at 3:58 am #116698

AnonymousYou’re welcome anytime mate
If you’re going to be here for 2 weeks let em know and we’ll do a house swap! :laugh:Seriosuly though, I don’t mind throwing a night out at my place in there with a ride somewhere. In fact, TB was talking of doing a ride somewhere near me the other day….
January 5, 2009 at 4:12 am #116708Actually I was joking, but a weekend down that way would be good now I think about it.WE stayed at One Mile Beach once and had a great time, I might even go for another dive down therein the near future.
January 5, 2009 at 4:12 am #116709I have had Moto here, Champo and Tracy and yes stayed at Moto’s, and have lunched and stayed at Mick’s and Mick would be welcome here anytime, but he does leave Wauchope much.
I would love to organise a family weekend, kids on bikes, Dads on bikes, Moto on his bike, wife’s on a bus tour of the wineries etc. I can make it happen but Mick reckons it to far to Mudgee that have everything for families including kids.

Bring the bike down and we can go for a ride down the beach and over to Stockton dunes. I’m 10 mins from One Mile Beach
