I haven’t re-routed my drain/vent pipes and haven’t had any issues. It wouldn’t hurt though.
If you seal the airbox at the bottom the excess water that creeps in from the top won’t drain. That said, they do suffer from getting ALOT of dirt/mud in the airbox so might be an idea if you’re concerned about it.
Radiator guards would certainly be a good investment (although I don’t have any on mine yet). A pipe guard is a must too. I would go with an alloy one as the pipe’s aren’t cheap to repair/fix and they do stick out a lot. The CF ones do look alot more bling though. If i had a smoker I would get an alloy one myself.
Again, I don’t have the clutch slave cylinder protector but it is probably worth the money. I do know someone has busted a slave cylinder up so it is something that can happen.
I would also check some of the nuts and bolts as they are often loose. Apply a bit of thread lock and you will be sweet.
Lastly, if you weigh more than 85Kg kitted up you may want to get the suspension sorted as it won’t be working at it best and may cause issues.
Enjoy riding it
