    Header says it all, he his having the wire removed from his thumb, just spoke with his much better half and she said he went in at around 7am and was out and in the first stage of recovery

    maybe he could recycle the wire and use it on his grips?

    Yes, wire has now been removed. Still not great news though, I’ve got to go back again which will make my 7th hospital visit for the thumb.

    I have my hand in a half cast again until 02/02/08 supposedly :angry:

    Yeah, I’m back at work today mate. I have taken the cast off too as it was a regression from where I was and was annoying me. I don’t need a cast to keep my theumb staright when it hurts like hell to move it!
