Dunno if the 600 one will fit but if you find out it will, you can get one from honest Mick’s bike spares. He has one with the seperate resevoir in the shed.

Here is a site that may help to find one.

It,s actually Darren’s bike, he’s got an 06 Xr 400 motard thats been lowered at the back with a smaller shock and needs a 400 one to lift the height back up, apparently any year after 96 will fit but it seems they are as rare as rocking horse shit!!

Any year 400 after 96 or any year 400/600/650 after 96 will fit?

650 and 600 have different springs, so that makes the shocks different, I think the 400 is different to the 600 so I think from experience they are all different and not interchangeable ;)

Knowledge regarding the 600, 650 is sureB) , not 100% sure regarding the 400 but am pretty sure they are different

Different dry weights on each machine would make one think they are different, but I dont know for sure either, TB did the boys stay home today

Spring lengths are different Dave, different springs weights could handle the different weight of the bikes, but different lengths tell me the shocks are different.

Also we tried to fit a 650 one to chickens 600, no good fiddy one shorter

No boys went to school, raining cant ride :(
