Greetings all,

Saw the site mentioned on DBW and since I well and truly meet the minimum age here I am. I’m 46 yrs young and reside in far North Queensland with a majority of my riding in the Atherton district. have only been riding for about 9 months after a gap of about 25 yrs prior. Riding an old red tractor now XR 400 2000 vintage. Previous rides were an XT 600 and the old RZ 250 I think it was.

Anyway nice to be on here and if anyone in the cairns area is keen for a riude PM us as i work a rotating roster so have weekdays offf more than weekends.

Hi Bulla, wow gods country there, Chicken is from that area he grow up there, are you cranky like him lol :laugh:
Did Cape York in 2004 on a self organised tour with 6 mates, two weeks great time, has been rumblings about doing it again but I don’t know :huh:

hellow mate i think 2 out of 3 people on here ride an xr seems like it anyway i had an xr400 99 vintage allso a RZ250 1985 model it was a weapon with a set race pipes on it did about 185 kmh

Another XR rider here,who also happened to own a RZ250 and a RD250.

G’day Bulla welcome to another Queenslander. I have family up there in Herberton and have looked at enough ride reports from you guys (and have walked up into the hills behind the mining museum and seen the ‘walking’:whistle: tracks) to know that next trip up I bring the bike;).

Welcome to the site Bulla. Although we don’t have many (if any) other members currently up your way it’s nice to broaden our horizons.

If you ever find yourself a little farther South be sure to give us a holler too. Always nice to put a name to a face

Welcome Bulla, Honda XR , whats the story, is TB paying honda riders to join or something, You will have a blast here on this site, but bloody hell your a ways off here(Port Macquarie NSW) so I dont know if we will ride together, but welcome aboard anyway:laugh:
