Is anyone going on this ride organised by https://www.dsmra.asn.au/kowen_app.php?

I am going.
It’s limited to 300 riders so should be good with no/little traffic jams and you can win a Yamaha (whatever that’s worth).

I’m thinking about it. I think a lot of the Bathurst guys are going.

I have to make a decision between this ride and a car rally sprint on the same weekend.

Pity there’re not giving away a Sherco or I’d be there in a heart beat.

I think its down near Batemans Bay on the far south Coast NSW,,,,,,
It features on the current Trailzone DVD & looks like a fun event;)
Unfortunately I will not be getting to it this year, BUT will work on serious Brownie Points for the future :laugh: :laugh:

NO sorry ,,,:blush: Its Near CANBERRA isn`t it ???? Or somewhere in between ??

Oh yeah by the way, this ride also features a demo loop for demo bikes from all the major manufacturers including BMW, Sherco, Gas Gas and Husky.
There will also be a beginners loop which will use the cornerman system but registered bikes and licenced riders only.

Kowen Forrest is just outside of Queanbeyan on the Sydney side. North of Kev’s House.

I am registered and heading down Saturday evening with a few mates. :woohoo: Arriving about 7.30 am Sunday for unload and customs check, so let me know if you want to catch-up. Hmm, being seen with an oil burning 2T may not look good for the holder of F1 BMW technology.:unsure:

I am going on Friday afternoon (not camping) and meeting up with 2 others on Sat afternoon.
Look out for me at the ride, I may be catching up with people, Popgun is going I think and there may be some other old friends of mine there.

Anyone travelling down on Friday afternoon, call me up on UHF 29 or 40 if you have a CB, callsign; wikdbeemer.

Cool but my ageing memory fails me, which ride was that?
I will know you when I see you though.
This is going to be a good ride, dusty ATM but rain is expected before Sunday.
Bring a spare air filter if you can or filter skins.
