Went to Pacific Park today
Lochie went through water and stuffed the engine in his XR70, now blows more smoke then a two stroke with a 2 to 1 fuel oil ratio

Lochie’s Mate was borrowing our Z50, crashed over a berm and then a bank into a fence post, forks bent back so wheel hits the cylinder head

Champo rode the wheels of his old 125, Kylie this is the noisiest bike I have heard in a while

TB speak to Bull about the Z50 forks he may have several sets as spares, he only has about 12 or 13 Z50’s
Water and engines are not a good combo , hey……Kato going all day….yeah whats unusual there ????
My Katos go all day every day(well my boys ones at least):woohoo: :woohoo:

Anonymousyea it was even noisier those few seconds after the muffler broke off at full ‘song’
that was a brand new muffler too.
hey at least i go to great lengths to quieten bikes. not make them noisier.
sadly there is not much you can do to a 35 year old closed course air cool racer to make it quieter

Anonymousoh.
it’s a 1973 honda elsinore cr125m

Anonymoushey if you look at the last few seconds of the video, you can see the muffler come off
April 14, 2009 at 12:02 pm #129104
Anonymousi just figured out how to quieten the bike down.
watch the video again with the volume turned down.i have spent a lot of money making that thing quieter
you should here some bikes at vintage mx meets. some predate mufflers.April 14, 2009 at 12:04 pm #129105was someone worried that that honda may have gone sideways (why the foot out) lol it will never happen:woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:
April 14, 2009 at 12:15 pm #129106At Orange this week Champo I will pull the RM370 76 model out, it is the most evil motorcycle built, killed more people than the black plague
No really, so much power, no handling, comes on song at 8000rpm and goes of song at 8001rpm but fark me at the rpm it goes like nothing else, you can feel the frame flex, true, you waitTB
April 14, 2009 at 12:23 pm #129107killed more people then the plague because the pistons use to come out through the heads and hit people
The only other reason a HONDA WOULD HURT SOMEONE IS DUE THERE INABILITY TO GET THE fk OUT OF THE WAY OF STUFF
