April 18, 2009 at 9:23 am #129687It looks pretty Good Eagle I would spend the coin on that.I have Dainese and although it is very good it gets bloody Hot unlike the traditional armour.
BTW You should enquire about a snorkel attachment as well:laugh:

Yeah, I`ve owned Dainese armour years ago when I raced MTB Downhill, It was expensive & yes it was hot, but did the job in get offs;)
The 4BP stuff will do me I reckon,,,,,April 18, 2009 at 11:10 am #129699
AnonymousI have the armour and the riding gear including gloves.
Armour is quite good and easy to get into. I wear my armour over my riding jersey and my pack over that and I find I have to leave the armour unzipped about one inch to be comfortable. I can vouche for the protection, I test if every time I ride!
The riding gear is ok except the waiste on the pants is a bit to low for me. I prefer a high waste on my riding pants. The jersey is like any other jersey and the gloves are good.
Oh, by the way if you do order the pants order one size above what you usually wear. I wear 34 inch and they advised me to get 36 which I did and which fit perfectly.
