Hi,First dirt bike for 20 something years,someone said go Adventure bike, so I did KTM 640, live in Newcastle, regular to Watagans, did Stocko dunes a few times recently, going to Snowy Alpine Rally on long w/end. :woohoo: :silly:ive seen guys ride these in single trail and they have done a remarkable job,but at the end of the day they were totally spent. Not having a shot at you Scotty actually totaly the opposite,but I know the tracks that they will be traveling on are definatley suited to the greyhounds:laugh:

May 27, 2009 at 10:34 am #136837Did I mention we had a 990 adventure here for a while and it was a more than capable of anything we could throw at it. My brother Ant, surprised me with where you could take it!! The LC series bikes are awesome machines!!

i was thinking of trading my roadie and the 640 in on a 950 super enduro r.
but just cannot afford it. even a 2nd hand one.
and the xlv 750’s are too few and far between. and i don’t know how you’d go getting parts.
