racytracy got me these number plates from the rta (nsw road and traffic authority) for my birthday many years ago.

very clever indeed, be even better on the bike, I take it they are still in use?

Used to have the personalised UFO 11 on my old eleven, a former superbike racer came up behind me one day and said, “why don’t you just put Book me on them instead?”

Gotta feed the ego sometimes Champo it is healthy.

steve inskip (the yamaha dealer) owns ‘YAMAHA’. i liked mine better though.

i gave them back to the rta after a few years. too expensive and it was too time consuming and complicated to sell them.

    and a little wanky

It’s inspired me to see if I can MTK. I might also check to see if they have DEKNAPS as a backup option

Yep if I saw SPANKED on a plate I would instantly think “bloody POM” cause that is just so british Polly bedtime stuff ;)

or ESOLU would be a good one too Moto, and it’s not wanky, just a pipedream.

With the NSW plates now 2 letters 2 numbers 2 letters. i reckon IB 00 ZA would be funny.

a ute here has the square bicentenary plates black with white riting
    YUM
    069 on it.

there is a tread on a ford forum on funny plates an SA car had TIHSHO

it took a wile for me to work it out as i thought it read THIS HO as in GT HO.

but someone said that he would laugh if he saw it in the rear view mirror coming up behind him, well thought out.

    stupid yamaha.
i think i remember why i got rid of mine

i’m fighting a losing battle with racy’s stock yamaha air filter. i’m over gluing the seams back together. and why did they colour it dark grey anyway. it’s hard to see if i got the sticky stuff all over it and when it’s dirty. i will have to order another locally made uni filter for her.

    stupid yamaha:angry:

Bit harsh there Champo – use Yamalube filter oil and all your troubles will be over.

    Why have the seams split?
