team OBT,
ive never set up a ride before so,,, now is maybe time to try, i’m thinking of july 4th + 5th, more so slow tough single trail sat the 4th with a bit of fast stuff on the morning of the 5th, just a warning to the not so experienced lot,
BUT you’ll need to set up your own accoms ….
idea is to leave and return to longbeach, just north of batemans bay,head upto east lynne then onto termeil, then return via some same most different trails to longbeach.
i’ll be staying @ a mates place down there so can meet at the caltex just north of batemans both days to lead off.
numbers need to be limited as im no mechanic and not a nurse, so considering it’s my first attempt, ideal would be 6max, so 1st in best dressed,

If anything changes for me Vman in regard to that weekend I will see if I can make it down.

LC4Skin, Green 450 and TB may be interested as it’s not far for any of them.

I am on the OBT’s biggest weekend out that weekend Moto

Yeah but I like Vman :laugh:

I’m keen as mustard for a decent single trail/twin trail ride at Bateman’s, I keep hearing so much about the place I want to go check it out for myself. I wouldn’t mind having an extra day or two to spend at Ulladulla and Mollymook too

I’ll have to take a raincheck this time…

vman i am keen as to go but i have to work that weekend sorry mate, my brother LC4skin might still go. we probably rode a lot of the tracks you are talking about last weekend and it was awesome. maybe another 2 weekends after that i wouldnt mind heading back down as thats when i get weekends off work again for a few weeks

hey vman you should organise the ride for the weekend after, there is a state enduro round at East Lynne, parce ferme is behind the servo in the grass paddock. we could do some riding and watch some of the pros ride at the same time. i will be going down and staying at a mates place a couple of kays from Shallow Crossing towards Nelligen.

yeah I did send him an email too at the same time as the post,, but no reply as yet, I was talking with Mac atak today out at the track (eastern creek)and he hinted that he may come down as well to Batemans Bay. Our backup plan would be to give Moose or Rider X a shout and see if they’re available for that weekend ( I know Mick,s going scuba diving so he’s not around) so will give Vman until say Tuesday to come back to me.

Apols for the no contact of late to these threads, been super super busy, below is the updated list, sorry lc4skin i cant change to the next weekend, bit tied up.
bloody G.F has organised another boring night with unknown zombie friends on the fri night (july 3rd) so ill be driving down early on the sat 4th morning, hopefully get there by 8 or 9am, need an hour to get ready so maybe a late kickoff–10am.
i believe i havent missed anyone but if i have can you email me on doohan13@iinet.com.au.ill update the list on the weekend.
ill post exact time and place to meet earlish next week, idea is to ride all sat and until about 3pm sunday
