Someone moved it while i was typing . i and my reply was left behind:blush:

    Hi TB,

i know i may seem to be harping on/ nagging a bit. = all my offers to fix any OB’s gear.

( not for promoting myself nor to look like i’m such a top bloke,
i just want to help out where i can, and save someone a $ or 2 is a bonus. +
a compensation for all having to put up with me on the forums)

but if you have a spare headlight bracket you can send me i could make you up something like the one in your post pics.

if you can get some cheap lights from a wrecker or on sale i’d do up a bracket to suit.

all for the cost of materials/ consumables only. e.g. tig alloy filler rods @ $1 ea. as for argon i have no idea how many litres are in a bottle, so i’d just wear the cost of that.

also if you wanted your rear hub fixed where the bearing fits in, you’d deed to send it with a bearing so the hole could be matched for size.

i don’t have a professional workshop or the latest tools but will have a crack at anything within my abilities! and tool resources. and about as efficient as an apprentice

so as for the above offer i believe i can do both.

anyway PM me if you are interested.

    Yeah THANKS Boony.

as i said though i did not / don’t offer for praise.

just that i can do it.

and after my RANT on the rate a trady gets. i like to save someone some $$ if and where posable.

especially when the price of some of the stuff Moto had put some time and effort into finding, i feel that some are prone to gouge the buyer just because they can as they seem to be the only one that offers something in that particular market.

now i don’t know where the other 2 karma come from?

oh well thanks to those that feel i was deserving of it.

They look like rallye 1000/2000 spot lights in a custom bracket I may be able to wrangle a few sets at cost for rallye 1000 ( same as on my truck a car) but wondering whether the coil would have to be upgraded as most bike systems only put out minimum 50 something watts, don’t know who to talk to about that?
Also you can now get HID flood/work lights which are super bright but use bugger all power for approx $300 each.
