Last time I saw STM at Bull’s place I managed to secure some of his homebrew. It has sat in my fridge since……..untill today, A beer shortage here in the shed saw me peering in the fridge in the hope that some beer would magically appear. Then I spotted the STM homebrew. Not being a huge fan of homebrew I reluctantly cracked the lid and poured it into a schooner glass and I was pleasantly suprised.
It is a nice amber colour which all beers should be and it holds a great head. The proof was in the tasting though as I had already had a few stubbies of Tooheys New. The taste wasn’t much different and after a few sips I couldn’t tell the difference. I finished a long neck in no time flat and am contemplating having another.
I will have to say it is probably the best homebrew I have tried. Well done STM!! I will happily take more off you, should you feel like dropping a few in when you are passing Wauchope.
Any idea what the alcohol level is STM?? And what brand home brew was it??Cheers

The key ingredient is love and the Coffs Coast water helps too.
Now you know what my neighbours know. There are plenty of bottles getting passed over the fence every weekend and it is the best currency going. I have a list of outstanding favours a mile long.
As far as the secret recipe goes, I could tell you but…………….
I am three deep, go another:)

Maybe we can get an exchange program going. Beer for moonshine. I spend plenty of time on the road. We should meet up for a taste test.
