The Dates:
Saturday 28 November – Catombal bike park. 7am for an 8am start
Sunday 29 November – Wallareen (Private property at Yeoval) 7am for an 8am start.Registered Bikes
Not required for either dayThe Venues
Catombal – one of the better bike parks in NSW, with steep hills thickly timbered in black pine. Arrowed, single direction tracks range from easy grade 1 to some 5 and 6 sections. All hard sections have alternative tracks around them. Very tight riding and always a challenge.Wallareen – a bit less than 1000 acres of rolling granite hills with open timber scattered between grassed flats. Tracks range from grade 3 to 5 with alternative tracks for hard bits – usually! Some variation in the tracks from grass track to winding through pines and finally the tough rocky sections through granite boulders, over huge granite slabs with steep climbs and descents. If you fall off in the rocks, either you or your bike will be damaged.
The Accommodation
Floor space is available at ECKS’ house. If you don’t want to sleep on the floor there are pubs in town or caravan parks – but be social, bring a swag!Friday night accommodation available if necessary, just give me a shout.
The Cost
Catombal has entry fees of $30
Wallareen has no charge, but also bear in mind that this is private property and you ride there as a friend. Don’t come crying to me or my parents if you or your bike get hurt there!
Catering – please feel free to chuck a few bucks in the tin at the BBQ, but this is optional. Don’t buy me beer or booze instead, I don’t get the chance to drink the stuff and have a fridge full already – in fact please help me drink it!!

Partners and kids are welcome to come and hang out with Mrs ECKS, swim, whatever! Any kids who ride can come to either venue as there are kids tracks at Catombal and we can mow in a grass track at Wallareen.wish i lived closer
