    This ride is now full – please let me know if anyone drops out

    I have been meaning to do this for some time; Start at Martinsville (Watagans base), pick up extra riders at The Pines and then proceed to Millfield for fuel and lunch & top up drinking water, then return via a somewhat different way.

    Start time will be 8am ready to ride at Martinsville tennis court/oval satellite map, or
    8:45 if starting at The Pines picnic area which is precisely where the Green Arrow is in this map

    Ride grade 2.5 (would be grade 2 but I am including some easy enduro style trails with alternate by-passes)
    Grade 2 and above riders all welcome.
    I will keep it easy as my motivation for this ride is to have an easy ride in the summer heat, welcome new members, provide a ride which caters for not so experienced riders, and to offer advice or demonstrate simple riding techniques.

    The ride will include a fun ‘rolling race’ as we have done before. It is heaps of fun and is only a ‘race’ to see how far you can go with a dead engine. It really is fun :cheer:
    I retain the right to disqualify anyone deemed a cheat or unable to come up with a good excuse for cheating B)

    So grease up your wheel bearings, oil the chain and reply here to put your name down

    Hi Beemer,

    Put me down for this one thanx. Don’t usually ride much in Jan (too hot) but am keen to clock up some k’s during my bike’s warranty period. This ride should be ideal.

    Thats thinking Eagle cause when you bail out at the lunch stop (not if, when :P ) you can just head straight home through sandy creek and over the hill :laugh: :laugh:

    Eagle, there will be no shame if you can’t finish the ride, honestly.

    These grade 2 rides can be demanding for some people :P

    :laugh: I have no worries about the grade of the ride Beemer :blink: That is just TB with his infatuation about me doing half rides :P

    I will see what we have happening for the weekend before sat night & will let you know if I can attend :) I might be going back to Tuncurry again is all I am worrying about
