I have been using it for 12 months now. My partner Salina and I use it 2 up and I have been using it bike to bike in the bush with Dan D, Crash and Mal 5.1 with great success.

I will be wiring Micknmeld up this weekend for our ride. I rate the bluetooth as one of the best / fun things in my kit

Crash and Mal 5.1 have both purchased the kits seen below

The other amazing thing is how clear they are, I have been rang by Mick and Chicken for example whilst riding along and been talking to them and they haven’t picked I was on the bike riding

I need to get back to the original thread and do a 12 month update soon I guess

I purchased mine from http://www.mobileoutlet.com.au/ and was pleased with the service and price

Whilst talking about noise and speed on the caves to caves ride after we found Aidtank on the ground we rode to the caves to get help. As anyone on the ride (which isn’t Dave as normal or any ride even if he says he will be there  ) would testify Crash and myself took of and even when we got up around 150kph (GPS recorded) across the limeburners turn of area we could still talk, just but could.

Not sure Wikd, the scala’s are so easy to change form helmet to helmet, I have fitted and removed our 2nd ear phone set from Salina’s helmet to fit to Dan’s, Crash’s and now Mal’s I dont know how many times. Is a quick simple easy job :)

Its so easy Dan has done it so how hard can it be really :P

So TB, there are no self adhesive sticky bits to bother with?
    How do the parts attach?

The actual unit clamps to your helmet and the ear phones attach to the inside of your via the use of self adhesive velcro.

Like TB said they are very easy to fit and good to use. I am looking at doing a more thrifty version for me and KD to use though – two cans and a bit of string should do it

OK so you can just use extra velcro when you want to use a different helmet.

I only ask because I was given a helmet kit for UHF CB and it only uses the adhesive velcro method.
Problem is the plug doesn’t match any of my radios.

Anyone need a UHF helmet kit?

    On the box it says;
    To suit: DC-1025/28, DC-1040, DC-1045, DC-1060

The kit is a Digitech model DC.1037

The plug is a small round single pin type.
My radios have seperate speaker and mic sockets.
