Hey All, I’m in the market for a Swag, have been looking for a while now, they range a hell of a lot in price, I wan’t one like boonys where you don’t have to take a separate sleeping bag it’s all built in at least I think It was, any suggestions.

    Thanks
    Chris.

Hey Chris, I have a Mitchell swag I bought it 8 years ago and it has served me well.
You can find them on page 60 of Ballards catalogue mine is a early model but they still make them. I can say that they do not leak and have slept through some really heavy rain in mine.
Worth a look, I paid $220 for mine.

Does it have the sleeping bag built in or do you have to have your own.

    Cheers
    Chris.

Yes thats mine 2nd one down, you have to put sleeping bag in yourself I haven’t ever seen one with sleeping bag permanently fixed in! Would make washing hard work i think. Thats a good price at $199 less than I payed all those years ago.

Krusty I purchased a True Blue Swags, Lasseter XXL for reason like the thicker mattress, larger size can put proper bedding in it. The life time warranty on the poles etc And I wanted this to be the last one I ever purchase. Never leaked on the corner ride either ;) Beside size is everything (you missus is being nice when she tells you it isnt :P ) I have owned 3 swags before this one and looked at them long and hard before I bought this one.
