    Watching classic 500Gp on One HD. Mick Doohan, Darrell Beatie on proper two smoke 500cc GP bikes. Awsome stuff.

    yes watch them most sunday nights actualy suprised how much faster the new 4strokes are but love the sound of the two strokes

    Careful about your statement regarding the four strokes being faster you will set of the two stroke guys. You know two stokes would be faster, Honda and the goverments have strangled the two strokes, the Japs took Harold Holt, JFK ran into the bullet etc :laugh: :laugh:

    no bites yet TB thats what i was hoping for but we rode two strkes back then two i supose put some of these current two stroke riders on an old it465 and see how they go :S not real well i reckon

    both of you clowns know how silly those statements were so I’ll leave you looking like……

    well looking silly as it were.

    I s’pose the non-turbo FIs would be faster than the forced induction ones by now too if they hadn’t changed the rules………

    I wish that was the case, I’d be back on a 125 in a flash, those suckers handle…….

    BTW I’ve been watching them too, it feels like just a few months ago I was seeing them on the big-screen at the local club with satelite, enjoying a few beverages, while the local footy team hovered around me and my 3 silly mates wondering what was the attraction that had us whooping and a hollering.

    (BTW remember the Statement that came from Hondas head race engineer around that time TB?)
