huskybloke wrote: havent rode by myself in about 4 years and also haven had any real serious get offs since ive started riding again in the last 5, never again will i ride by myself took a heavy fall today on a trail that not many people use come off and smashed shoulder hard into the edge of a deep 4wd rut got up to find my arm facing outwards , knew straight away this isnt good so i hadto walk about 5-6 km to the main clearing where everyone parks with my arm looking like it was something out of a tom and jerry cartoon , where thank god there was someone there with a phone(if your reading this old mate with the phone i cant thank you enough) rang the missus got her to bring the next door neihbour who rode my bike home and off to the hospital i went, thank god it was just badly dislocated and not broken( which you could of fooled me cause it took a couple of shots of morphiene to kill the pain) plus they cut up me new jersy and the alpinestar bodyarmour but i sit here tonight still buzzing away on the drugs they give plus a few bourbans thinking how lucky i was and how it could have been a lot worse.
