One of OBT’s first supporters was Jack Links Jerky and what a great supporter they have been for us, over the last two years!! I had never heard of Jack links untill they came on board as a sponsor but I tell you what,my family and I have had our fair share of it since. Even when the complimentary packs have run out, my kids will see it in a service station and insist I buy a packet or two. They have even taken it to school as play lunch!!

Anyone that has attended any of the major Old Bull rides over the past two years would have, no doubt, sampled some of the great range of Jack Link Products.

Once again Jack Links supplied more than enough of their products for the Zig Zag to Sofala birthday ride, I bet no one has seen so much Jerky in one place in their life!! Everywhere I looked at Sofala, blokes either had their hand in a Jack Links Packet or were offering their mate some. What a great product to compliment a beer, a yarn and a campfire!!

My personal favourites would be either the teriyaki or original jerky, yet some fellas took to the new Sweet Chilli nuggets like seagulls on unguarded chips and the consensus all round was that Jack Links is good stuff!! One bloke enjoyed it so much, I saw him actually buy a packet of Jack Links at Capertee on our ride back to Lithgow!!

Last weekend on a ride with my son, Jack Links is all that saved my son from chewing his own arm off with hunger, the look on his face was priceless when I produced a packet of Jack Links from my back pack. Then it near became a full blown scuffle when I wanted my share from the packet. It is just such a handy product to throw in your backpack for a quick protein fix during a ride, fishing trip or whatever adventure you are on at the time.

Cheers Jack Links, thanks for your ongoing support and we look forward to a long association with your great products.

    Cheers

Got say I am the same as Mick, I am a Jack Links convert and am guilty of purchasing a couple of packs from the Glenbrook servo when I fuel for a big trip (actually any trip  )

It is the most popular track snack I have ever seen and I have been riding for a long time

I Like the large variation of different flavours and the ways its served, bars, nuggets and normal.

I would also like to thanks James at Jack Links for his support cheers mate

    THANKS JACK LINKS

Not one to sell many items, but I have to agree with Mick and TB (and we know how much that hurts me) :P As a sponsor goes theres not to many I have seen better that Jacks Links, . every Old bulls ride Iv`e been on there is a free flowing supply of beef jerky. Not to mention this stuff tastes great and I recon it gives you that kick to help you on the trail. If you get the chance, support our sponsors and buy a bag or two of Jacks Links Beef Jerky for your next ride.

Just keep it away from menace as that bloke will eat your entire stash in one sitting..

Thanks for your support Jimmy and keep up the good work.

Not only does Jack Links Jerkey taste good but I proved that you can pretty well survive two days hard riding on it alone. Admittedly I did get some serious sustenance from a can of Campbell’s Fully Loaded, full report to follow, but Jack Links got me through to lunch on Sunday. I was mildly hungover and we rode a solid morning that turned into early afternoon. Each time we stopped I reached into my pocket and scoffed some Jack Links that were kindly supplied to us. I am since addicted and opened a pack yesterday with the best intention of having just a few strips but I bet you can guess how that ended up. B)

Did it turn to Poo?

I tried the Chillie for the first time at Sofala and rate it highly, and have told others about how good this stuff is, The only problem is my kids raided my gearbag (thanks 4Bp)and now im down to my last one. I bet I wont get to see to much of that as well :( Thanks Jack Links for your awesome sponsorship we Old Bulls really do appreciate it B)
