    Hi,

    Been riding for about 5 years, so Im far from an expert but ive got the bug when i can get away. Ive got a TTR250. One of my riding mates moved down the south coast a few months ago and my other one cracked his pelvic last weekend while we were riding around Karuah, near Newcastle :( . So im now at a bit of a loss riding wise as his wife is a bit pissed off, as 50 year olds should have more sense. I like cruzing in state forest etc we have done rides in Hampten (6ft track), Portland to Sofala and round Nowra. I met a guy who told me about your group, site and of course rides so Im keen to meet and do some riding. However because of the recent mishap with my mate, ive got to cool it for a bit :angry: but im a long term planner :) .

    Welcome Gaz yours is a familiar story here good reliable ride with the TTR. Where exactly are you from? Hope your mate gets better quickly and the minster lets you out soon enough :laugh:

    Hi,
    Im from Peakhurst in sth Sydney and work in the city. Had a look at the invite to the Zig Zag to Sofala ride you did. Looked like i missed a good wekend. thats what I like.
    My mate wont be riding for a month but then hes off to Europe and so wont be able to ride till at least Sept (if his wife doesnt put the bike etc on ebay):evil: .

    Welcome to the site Gary.

    Lots of guys around here have similar stories. You’ll get a good laugh and some info on bikes as well.

    Then we have Menace and Boony as our class clowns. :laugh:

    I too only joined the site recently and have got some invaluble info from guys that do it and don’t just talk about it .
    The ride reports are a great read and I am looking forward to the poker run which looks like a heap of fun and not too far from Sydney!!!
