HI all just sighed up ; am of the older adventure rider 57yrs :ohmy:ride a Tenere 660txz and dabble in classic bikes allso :woohoo: live on the central coast of nsw ;allway’s on the lookout for a good ADV ride :cheer: :cheer:

Welcome Choot, gota love those Tenere’s check out in the Yamaha forum I have one and have made some mods to it would love to hear about yours. What part of the coast are you from mate

Adventure rides check the adventure forum there are few going on I think

Hi & Welcome CHOOT

You have come to the right place, there is an ADV ride of sorts on tomorrow starting from the Central Coast, see GavB`s ride thread. Gav has just got himself a KTM 640ADV & his mate MickP has a fairly new BMW F800
If that is too soon to hook up, keep ya eyes peeled , as there are more & more ADV type rides on here to come (seems a lot of our mrmbers are hooking up with that sort of bike to compliment their Trailbikes)

Welcome to the site CHOOT.

The avd riders numbers are biulding on here. There are also some classic riders with classic bikes wobbling around here as well :laugh: .

Yes hi all thanks for the intro ; TB we may have met briefly Hamptom pub Monday of the long weekend’ blue Tenere; you pulled up with a pillion . classic bike’s riding a 1980 xs 650 yamaha,have a 1975 bultaco 360 frontera 3parts finished +1980 xs 1100 and 2×79 xs650,Honda TL 125,and a enough parts to put together a Honda Mt250 elsinore; I live under the shadow of Vales Point power station.
