    Doing an easy run from Newy area to Sugarloaf, the Gap & some of the Watagans on Monday. It will be a cruisy run to test out the recovering knee after recent surgery, so not a lot of pace or too difficult trails,,, hoping to have a burger at either the Gap servo or maybe Millfield if I go alright ;)

    Have a bloke from another forum going at the moment but open to anyone that wants to tag along on Monday :woohoo:
