After getting home at 6am on sunday morning and being what seemed was going to be a great day , I decided instead of wasting a day I’d ring around a few mates to see if any one wanted to ride to Wisemans Ferry. No was the general reply, how well your loss, being how most blokes I ride with have street bikes, tends to get rather boring for me, i decided to go to Wisemans via Wattagans drop into Laguna, along to Buckerty, hang a right down to ST Albans, and then into Wisemans ferry and finally back to Woodrising. So the Caponord got to travel both dirt and tar, admittidly nothing to hard for the old girl, but she really performed better than even i expected. I suppose all up covered a couple hundred k’s but don’t really know as was not watching the odometer, and lets face it didn’t really care, i was having such a great time and the bike was just perring along nicely. found some place I hadn’t seen before and will like to ride back to again, isn’t it amazing just what is in your own back yard or so to speak. I’d love to post some photo’s but don’t know how ( I will learn for next time)Any way the Capo and I are of to Lightning Ridge on the 27th for three days hopefully i learn how post some photo’s by then.
